When I hold the disc vertical I can coil decent (better than when I throw) and seem to nail down timing. As soon as I put the disc in power grip I can’t mimic this. It doesn’t feel as clean and fluid. In a funk. Just seems so easy to take disc from power pocket to extension so much easier holding disc like this. I know Gannon does this before he launches his a mile.
