Beginner question.

I've recently decided to try and start exercising this summer. My current plan is to attend at least 2 different fitness classes at my community center gym. The fitness classes are usually 1 hour, full body workouts.

When I say I'm a beginner, I mean that not only did I never set foot in a gym before, I haven't seriously exercised in 3 years. The most I do is walk and bike in the summer, and the most intense thing i can remember doing this year is occasionally sprinting across a train station to catch a train. I've wanted to actually start doing more intensive training.

I've already attended one class, and while I did feel great afterwards, my main concern is; given my body is not used to anything intense yet (I had to pause multiple times during the class from exhaustion), is it a smart idea to start with the classes? I know that consistency is key, but is doing such intense exercises almost immediately a good idea?

So while I was in school, Costco sold these absolutely amazing udon noodle instant cups, and then it got discontinued and I haven't forgiven Costco since then. I've been trying to find the exact noodle cups again but either I'm misremembering or they've been either never documented on the internet or just got erased.

The packaging was a pretty dark brown overall, and the cups had a thick black lid (not the plastic-peel kind).

The udon noodles were the thick kind, not the thin and curled type.

The broth consisted of 2 packets; the small packet for sesame oil, and the bigger one for the broth itself.

The flakes consisted of dried green onion, red peppers, and some narutomaki. There might've also been tempura flakes, the kind that expand and float in the soup.

I don't remember what brand it was, but I believe it might've been Nongshim, since the flakes they use are similar to the ones I've described.

It might've also been advertised as a beef soup bowl, but I'm not 100% certain about that one.

They stopped selling them at around the end of 2023-early 2024, and I've been mourning the loss of them since. I've been searching everywhere but it's like they've been erased from the internet.

And the ones I'm talking about are not Nongshim Premium Udon with Shrimp, or the Nongshim Udon Noodle Soup Bowls (the bowls for the ones I'm talking about are taller but the same general width).

If anyone knows what I'm talking about, let me know!
