Content warning: mention of head hitting bump)

not even ben back at group home one full day and the staff alredy back to being so mean yelling scary negelect me and talk me like im a burden. Had meltdown last
night not good my forehead middle have big bump and I feel like mild concussion I had concussions before a lot from SIB and stuff.

Don’t want them to yell at me punish me take my things away make me ware big Danmar helmet. Also scared they not care at all just ignore me until I end up woth black eyes again then or they send me to psych hospital or state hospital again Im so scared what will happen! To

( oh yeah also even thow they suposibly got all sorts extra training while I was gone, they still try ask me so many questions about my tube feeding and bags and stuff I don’sixt know it and I get so overwhelmed and they get mad at me for not know how to do THERE job!
Any advice pls !

Ive ben in the hospital for a few months now and i have a private room i need one for my autism and anxiety and sever sensory issues but even in a private room there’s still patients in other rooms you can here next door, the hospital lost my ear defender headphones like a month ago and at the same time as then the person next door was a scary 100 year old lady with dementia who scream all day and night I was so scared and having panick attacks and meltdowns from the noise and didn’t have my headphones so once I was playing with my playdoh and the screaming started up so I put some play doh in both my ears becase it looks bad feels kind of like those wax earplugs anyway, but when I tryed take it out nothing came out, in to deep.

It not hurting or bothering me thogh and it and muffles all the sound a bit so I just left it and it didn’t bother me until a couple days ago when my ears are started hurting both of my ears, and im scared becase I think if I tell the docter or nurse my ears hurt they will look inside and see the playdoh! And im scared I tryed googling “playdoh in ear” and most results were little kids sticking stuff in ears and it says they hold them down screaming to take it out and I don’t know if its diffrent for adults but im scared if they find out and try to remove it that they will try to restrain me and it will hurt to get out play doh and I have PTSD from restraints from my special ed school and from medical procedures so im very scared!

What do I do? I tryed get it out with paintbrush end once after it first got in my ears but I think I just pushed it in more worse!

Edit April 26th- had favrite nurse today and with you guys and my online friend encurraging me to I told her. It was hard to explain using AAC (apraxia nonverbal) but i did it. Waiting see what there gonna do but docter said i probaly need ENT. I will update what happens I hope they can get all out becase i have pain and dizzy and hard to hear!

I’m still in hospital today thogh they offered me a shampoo cap (it’s a moist, rinse-less shower cap with soft damp inner lining that has shampoo and condishner built into it, I used them a few times before they are SO great without them I woudnt have had a hair wash in over a YEAR) when they were washing me up and I said yes so the aides helped me use it to wash my hair and then I let them brush it and put my hair cream fir my curls in it! It’s looks and feels and smells SO nice! Also good becase i have a visiter coming tomorow!
