Hi everyone, I’m looking for a female student to take over my tenancy for a room in a 2-bedroom student house on Barbican Road, York (YO10 5AA).

The room is available immediately, and the tenancy runs until 14 June 2027.

Details:

• £215 per week
• Bills included (gas, electricity, water and broadband, subject to fair usage)
• Living with one female student
• Great location close to the University of York and York city centre

This is a tenancy takeover through Sinclair Properties, so the replacement tenant would need to meet the letting agency’s requirements (including a guarantor if required).
