The only issue I’ve had with Southwest since the changes is they I feel like the flights are delayed more often.
Could be the ones I’m on/circumstantial

Open seating or assigned seats, either way you’re waiting behind someone who’s holding up the line because they’ve never flown before and can’t store their things away.
