Entity showing up while meditating...

I was meditating with a guided meditation for Archangel Raphael and healing. I closed my eyes and immediately saw a green eyeball and after that a man showed up right in front of my closed eyes with opalite blazing eyes and long flowing strawberry blonde hair (I was wearing an opalite crystal) But he had a naked hairy chest and it scared me and didn't feel right. I stopped the meditation and ever since I keep seeing this entity pop up in my mind's eye and I wonder if I am under spiritual attack. What should I do about it? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
