So that's all in one line (link) so since my boomer ass took the time to painfully peck all of that in on my phone, please someone apply 😆. Generally speaking, you are eligible for annual reviews based on performance to promote to a geologist grade 2 then a geologist grade 3. Starting pay is 62K.

Good luck out there! No work experience is required for geologist ones although you do need a degree in geology or related earth science.

Will red filter make phone okay before bed?

I usually opt for Audiobooks because then my hands are free to engage in chores while I listen, or I can drive and listen. However, I have a book which is only available to me in digital format... and due to unfortunate timing, it would be very helpful if I could consume this book prior to Thursday.

I've been trying to read in bed to help with the "no screens 60 minutes before bedtime" rule. I do turn the "color filter" on my phone on at 6 PM each night, as red as I can make it.

Is there any chance that I can actually read this book on my phone before bed using the red filter and it will not interfere with my sleep - does anyone know one way or the other?

Many thanks in advance 😎

Life isn't easy, in most cases. In my case, using weed to numb myself from the pain of staying in harmful patterns/situations has made my life way less easy than it otherwise would be. I still hopefully have 1/3 of my life ahead of me - this is targeted especially at you spring chickens in your teens through 40's (although it is NEVER TOO LATE to do better for/by yourselves): STOP NUMBING YOURSELVES. FACE YOUR LIVES and work to improve them.

I try to NOT look back because of course I have regrets - namely, ever starting to use weed in the first place. I can't change the yesterdays, only today and the tomorrows still to come - same as anyone.

STOP NOW. Or if that seems too overwhelming, start today to form a plan which can "chunk" that goal into more manageable interim goals. Do this for yourselves - YOU DESERVE THIS.

Much love - from the old chick.
