Just got this phantom 3 pro for completely free, was flown a few times by the guy then put away and forgot about. All 4 batteries show no sign of life. Any hope in waking them up? If so how do i do it?

Recently bought this old semirigid disc wheel and was wondering what it was. All my research has lead me to an HED (sticker outline is the most damning evidence) but i'm wondering if it could be anything else. Shimano QR skewer, freewheel axle, tubular.
