I want to start a new character and want to try a meta build, whats you suggestions?

I got my phone about a month after the s23 came out (s23 ultra), I had no problems until today. I kept my phone in my pocket almost the whole day and I must have banged the screen with something, on the top left I can see a tiny amount of individual pixels and now whenever my phone get to a low screen brightness it has a green tint and even when my phone is charging I have that green, what should I do?
