All personal opinion but I am decently experienced

S: The best

A: Great on many maps, Can always be useful

B: good on certain maps but not as consistent

C: Can work as base but they really want to be upgraded

D: not very useful before being upgraded

F: practically useless when not upgraded

Ace should probably be D or C but because of the inconsistency I feel like F tier is fair.

Edit: I meant 000 towers

Because I went into freeplay and none of the cash I earned went towards it
