Giving some context, have worked into analytics, data and now AI for 15+ years. Have helped many Fortune 500 companies improve their marketing funnels and a key component we helped was customer segmentation.
This then flows through to all marketing channels and we could easily see an uplift of 10-20% basis different category. (Have seen hair product salons increase by 50%+)

The key hack is (how) the segmentation is done and optimum time window is derived to then add on your comms experiment layer. (Open to sharing the exact hack on DM with shop owners)

Was thinking of building a plugin that does this for a price that doesn’t eat into everybody’s budget. It will be a variable of the number of consumer and transactions.

Wanted to check with Shopify experts here :) we are planning to check this out and open to checking for stores which has retention and churn as a major pain point. No charge if it doesn’t work :)
