Recommended resources on AI self-preservation and dominance drivers?

Hi, I've been reading Scott's response to Pinker, and I've found myself really interested in the three dominance drivers he briefly explains, but aside from Omohundro's 2008 article, I don't know of any other important bibliography in the field. Could anyone more knowledgeable provide me (and all others who are interested) with such references?

What are the coolest active topics in Mathematical Physics?

I'm a math undergrad student, and I've been getting interested in Alain Conne's work in Noncommutative Geometry and Differential Geometry in Mathematical Physics. I've also read about the Foundations program, Algebraic QFT, and some Stochastic stuff. I'm especially intrigued about the use of Diff Geom in these topics. What cool fields are out there?

BiPAP providers or sellers in Europe?

Hi, I'm from Spain, and for the life of me I can't find a decent BiPAP model around here. There's only one provider I know and they rent a "Vivo 3" BiPAP, which I don't trust. Any recommendations?

Craigslist and FacebookMarketplace aren't at all used here, and there's none on eBay. I've also visited Resmed's and Philip's shops and they only sell to intermediary providers. I don't know what future steps to take.

I currently sleep with MAD and it helps a little, after DISE found tongue-base collapse. I also underwent bilateral turbinate reduction last year, which also helped for the first few weeks. CPAP didn't help, even after optimization with OSCAR.

Algebraic probability theory

Is there any developed framework for algebraizing probability theory and study it from the perspective of K-theory or homological algebra? If so, what are some of its biggest applications and advantages, as well as results? I'd imagine such a framework would override the need for a measure-theoretic approach

"of God" or "of a god"? Philippians Hymn and connection to John 1:1

What is the current preferred way of reading the anarthrous in Philippians 2:6 and of translating it into English? What are taken to be the Christological implications of rendering it as "of a god"?

Also, has there been any work relating this to John 1:1? Could John have grounded his theology on Paul's or on the pre-Pauline hymn?
