Was scrolling thru tiktok and suddenly got this popup like wtf even is the point of this? Can the DPC even enforce a decision like this from a chinese company or is it like “uwu were so mad”

I made my account about a month ago, but my followers get this message when they try to send me dms. I also have a warning on my account for not having an “established presence” on instagram.

Will this go away or does insta think my account is a scam cause i just made it?

Any ideas are appreciated. 🙏😭
