Critique my valve box + node set-up. Bit restricted on space due to having to install in a pre-existing garden. Any tips on what I can I do to improve?

Throttle adjustment issue

Throttle adjustment on my HRU194 seems to be out of whack, only full throttle or stop, no mid range idle. Still sounds healthy, not over revving (govorner setting problem) any ideas what it may be?
