Looking to get a tractor

Im starting to feel the effects of physical labor and (hopefully) have many years left of it so I want things to be as easy as possible. I really dont know much about tractors but id like to get one for my property, roughly 3 acres with half that being wooded. id mainly bush hogging, clearing small trees and some light grading. Ive seen alot of older compact tractors for under $3k. I really would like one with a front end loader but those seem to be pretty pricey.

People without a front end loader, do you find yourself wishing you had it or does the pto and 3 point hitch get most work done just fine?

Like I said I really dont know anything about tractors other than watching a few videos and getting overwhelmed by everyone having different set ups.

RIP Craftsman

Found an 85ish grey craftsman top handle that I somehow acquired. Probably not worth the time but im gonna attempt to bring life back into it. If anything itll be a cool wall hanger to match my red one (got it running good) and ill use it as a learning experience.

Woodshark

Cleaned my dads old woodshark, replaced fuel lines and put a cheap carb on. Fires right up now 🤙 waiting for some bar nuts to get in so I can see how she rips

Got this saw about 8 years ago to make more room around my property. It only cost $125 I watched a couple videos and it was in my budget at the time. Its been a great saw and fires right up every time.

My buddy gave me this saw a few years ago, i had broke the pull cord and let it sit too long. New fuel line and filter now she fires right up 🤙 pretty cool little saw. Unfortunately the chains so dull itll barely cut a bagel.

Does anyone know how I can date this saw? Im thinking 70s?
