I understand that attack% has low returns on eva and I do believe that this hp boot is better but I do need confirmation on this as I was planning to reroll that attack boots with stat blocker on break effect hoping for a 5/5 attack boots even tho the damage increase from attack% is negligible maybe I'm just being greedy and chasing perfection wanting that measly 2-3% damage as well.
