im looking for a studio/one bedroom/room for $2000 or under. I work in ridgewood, and would like to stay in the area. I make $60K, have over 700 credit score, and can have a guarantor. i have a cat. do I need to embrace Flatbush/bay ridge? or do I have hope of finding something in the ridgewood/bushwick area? does anyone have any general tips or advice? I reach out to listings on zillow and street easy but rarely hearback. I’m looking at Craiglist but it’s hard to sort through the scams
