Played this at a computer cafe in the Philippines around 2011-2013. It was a free-to-play online FPS.

What I remember:

Graphics were slightly cartoonish, similar to GTA Vice City's art style

You played as a soldier

One map had a big white propeller plane parked outside what looked like a hangar/garage for the plane

There were criss-cross steel/chain-link fences on the map

The map had an outdoor area, possibly with a sunset lighting

Fast-paced and arcade-y gameplay

Had a win/lose screen with stats at the end of a match

It was NOT: CrossFire, Special Force, Point Blank, Combat Arms, War Rock, Battlefield Heroes, or Counter-Strike.
