rejecting an internship opportunity

Hello po I need help lang sa pag-decide huhu

So I got accepted for a voluntary internship 2 days after my interview. I just tried baka sakaling mataas yung allowance and if match yung culture ng company sakin. Pero nung nakatanggap ako ng email, walang kasamang formal internship offer, "welcome to the team! we look forward to seeing you on ___" na agad, and mga contracts and agreements. May choice pa ba ako? 😭😭

Kwento ko na rin: After the interview kasi I was doubting na if ippush ko pa kasi parang di ko nagustuhan yung vibes with the interviewer. Also, nung inexplain sakin yung duties and responsibilities, parang nawalan narin ako ng gana kasi parang hindi yun yung ineexpect kong gawin for the position. And mas mababa pa yung allowance kesa sa allowance ko sa last internship ko huhu halos kalahati.

Ngayon, pinapa-sign narin ako ng mga contracts and agreements (di ko pa sinasign) and parang nappresure and nahihiya lang ako pag i-rreject ko. Baka bad impression kasi sinayang ko lang oras nila or something...

Is it okay to reject / not push through with it? And paano ko sya sasabihin? 😞

Dream vs Practicality: Should I continue my paid internship in my dream company or apply for an actual job already?

I'm a graduating student and currently an intern (voluntary and paid) sa dream company ko. Medyo nahihirapan ako to decide if I should stay longer, for another 3 months, para maabsorb ako, or apply for a full time role sa other company.

I've been an intern in this "dream" company for 4 months na, and possible na ma-absorb ako after I graduate in August. Ofcourse, "possibiliy" palang and hindi 100% sure. But they are known for accepting interns and turning them into regular employees.

Nagustuhan ko yung culture ng company and ng team ko, maalaga sila sa employees, there's always growth opportunities, and very supportive environment. Parang pagsisisihan ko pag pinakawalan ko huhu.

However, I feel like the internship allowance is not enough for me. I want to upgrade my phone na, pay for my grad fees, and also contribute financially to my family (they're not pressuring me naman), and help my mom sa mga gastos sa bahay and everything, since I hate to see her stress lalo na't senior na siya.

Considering the time (3 months) and my financial situation + the PH job market, mas okay ba na maghanap na ko ng full-time work or wait nalang muna na ma-absorb ako ng dream company ko?
