I run a small digital agency, i started as a freelancer then grew it into a small agency but still i am kind of solo. During my journey i worked with both types, i hired some freshers for outreach with fixed salary in initial they performed very well but as time passed about a 2 months their performance drop significant and after 1 month i have to fire them, then i started with commission based but the real issue with them is that they don't belive in "deadlines" they work as they want, i was fine with that but then they stopped working at all and even didn't confess properly.

I am still looking for commission based to work as a business developer (outreach) if you are a fresher, cllg student, or someone who wants to earn pocket money can DM me.
