Potential petition grade?

This summer semester I still managed to drop the ball on my Statics course. I averaged 64% before the final and I needed at least a 97% in the final to pass the class. Believe it or not, I got a 95/100 on the final, one of the highest scores in the class but my professor robbed me of FIVE points that I really needed to pass the class. It was a statics problem and he docked me a whole 3 points for not have the label on one of the forces acting on a block and 2 points for having the direction of a force wrong. First of, the problem doesn’t even ask to draw a FBD, all it asks for is to find the minimum force P to make the block move. I got the answer right but I feel like my professor was being unfair. The final ended up moving my grade to a 71.91% (C-) and I need at least a 73% to pass the class, he has already refused to bump me up and regrade my test, does anyone know what I can do to get a 73%? Do I have to go to the school boards and petition a grade or something? I really needed to pass this class, please only help in the comments
