Can I get waivers or would my application be thrown out?

Hello, I'm 31M. I've been considering joining CG or Navy. I'm worried though that some things may prevent my application due to too many waivers.

Some positives about myself. I have a BA, I am an Eagle Scout, I have been working for the same company for nearly 10 years, and I have a Project Management Certification Course through Google under my belt.

Now the negatives. In college I had an IEP. After COVID I had been prescribed Citalopram (celexa), and saw a therapist through EAP for a few months. I have not been taking celexa for a few years now, and no longer see a therapist. Also, I have previously consumed cannabis, and that is on my medical records.

I'm curious if anyone has a sense if this combination would be too much for me to be recruited, or could I reasonably get waivers for all?

Also, I should note that I have had no issues with the law beyond a speeding ticket and minor fender bender from years ago.

Any insight would be appreciated,

Thank you

Did the final leg against USG worry anyone else?

Hello. I'm the one fan from Florida, Some of you may remember me from last year.

Anyway, does anyone else feel like Saint Gilloise came too close for comfort against The Glimt? Equalising to the point of double extra time, even when down a man. Plus, a goal that was an accidental ricochet off a player's face. I recognize that Belgium's nation ranking is eleven places ahead of Norway, but it feels like Bodø's home pitch advantage was less active.

I understand that Høgh was a bit inconsistent as a scorer, but he could excel when he was performing. I worry that he may have been a keystone player for The Glimt's successes that will take time to replace.

I am ignorant when compared to everyone else on this sub, and really hope I'm wrong.

The Eliteserien is hurting its opportunity to build an international fanbase!

Hei hei!

Greetings from Florida. I'm posting in concerns to the Eliteserien's significant shift in international streaming. Last year I began following the Champions League and by extension the exploits of Bodø/Glimt. To wait out the month long delay between CL competitions I would watch some of Bodø's Eliteserien matches through OneFootball (a free streaming service that platformed non-BIG7 leagues).

In the year since, the Eliteserien has moved it's international streaming to a private service site. Here is where the problem lies. 'international.eliteserien.no' charges a monthly subscription of 36 Euros, what amounts to over $40. Comparatively, the service that exhibits La Liga, Bundesliga, and Serie A charges $12 with the Champions League being exhibited on a service that charges between $9-$14.

I agree that Norway's soccer should charge for streaming after the successful year it's club and national teams have experienced, and I'm content spending money to watch Norwegian soccer, but this price feels extortionate especially when the previous year was free.

Overall i just think this price point hurts Norwegian Soccer's chance to expand it's international fanbase. However, at the end of the day, this may just boil down to a modern American phrase: "sucks to suck".

Anyway. Tusen takk og Bodø/Glimt Førr Evig!

Does anyone else feel like their interest in dating is weirdly imbalanced?

Hello, I (31M) have experienced limerence at least 4 times since leaving college almost a decade ago. A pattern that I've noticed is that I'll generally be disinterested in dating and focused on a project or career shift, but then I'll become interested in a female friend who is casually flirtatious/affectionate. I'll then ask her out, and get rejected indirectly which confuses me and exacerbates the Limerence. After some prolonged fumble to clarify the situation I'll then attempt to move on and meet/ask out new women which then leads nowhere (and doesn't take my mind off of the LO). After some time I either find a new LO or just become disinterested enough in romance that I ignore when women seem to be genuinely interested/flirting.

It's odd. I had dating struggles in High School (mainly to do with my own confidence or putting my feet in my mouth), but I never really felt Limerence at the time.

Does anyone have a similar experience?

Edit: I wanted to add, I've had a handful of hookups but never a proper relationship
