Soo baat esi hai ki me aur meri dost rehte hai ek rented room me basically woh lady ka ek bungalow hai uske upar ke rooms usne rent pe diye hai.

So thing goes like this me and my friend has chose that room becuz it was just 3.5k per month which was affordable in that area there were other rooms too at the same price but utne acche nai the jitna yeh wala hai like spacious is the only + point

toh aaj woh aunty (landlady) ka call ata hai mere dost ko and she goes and says 4000 account me daaldo aj and we are like what?!!! First of all hum ghar aaye hai like vacations chalre hai hum ek mahine se room p nahi hai and she goes like 4000 rent daaldo 3.5k +500 electricity bill each bhaiii ek fan aur ek light me per room ka konsa 1000 bill ata hai aur clg hai bhi gaav me ek

Then she goes and says bullshit like accha chodo ek kaam karo daaldo jitna daalna hai then calls again and says ki 3750 daaldo aur yahi tumhara rent hoga abse regardless if u stay or don't stay kyuki itni amenities kahi aur nai milte and the amenities are like using iron and induction which we mainly use to heat up our mess ka khana 😐😐😐

Considering changing the room itself I don't like this nagging

And y'all the thing goes like this ki unka electricity bill ka meter bhi do alag hai neeche ke rooms ka alag and upar ka alag and the point to be noted yeh hai ki upar ke ek room me woh aunty ki khudh ki beti rehti hai and she uses her ac on full blast and phir woh bhi hamara bill me ata hai it's so annoying like AHHHHHHHH
