Hey everyone,
I’ve got an offer from the University of Warwick for BSc Management, but I’ve been rethinking things and I’m now a lot more interested in doing BSc Accounting & Finance instead.
I’m a bit confused about how (or if) switching courses would work, so I was hoping someone here might have experience with this or know how Warwick handles it.
- Can I request a course change now before I start?(which would be the most ideal)
- Or is it something I can do once I get there (like right at the start of first year)?
- Or do I have to complete a year in Management first and then apply to transfer?
The main issue is that I don’t have an A in Maths, which I know is usually required for BSc Accounting & Finance as part of the entry requirment, so I’m not sure if that completely blocks me or if there’s any flexibility.
I've already email the warwick admission team, but its been 4 days and no response and I wanted to hear some advice from some of you all.
Would really appreciate any advice or experiences from people who’ve been in a similar situation 🙏
