#6 pain two weeks after extraction

Hello, thank you in advance for your thoughts. I had a lower right back molar extracted two weeks ago have been in pain since then. I have gone to the Dentist three times and have taken 2 types of antibiotics and a round of prednisone…each time they told me it’s just going to take a while. Last night I felt something in there and eased it out with my tongue and I’m attaching a picture of what is either bone or tooth and I’m wondering if that is the cause of my two weeks of pain and what should I do next?
