What is this rash on my lower leg?? It has been present x3-4 days now

For context , I noticed 1 single blister in the same area on April 29. It went away. I noticed these new blisters Saturday. They itch!!
I have not been in contact with poison ivy or anything of those sorts, I have never had chicken pox, and I’m clueless now.

So .. I am newly diagnosed with hsv2 and I am devastated. I am thinking it came from my ex, with whom I have been sleeping with for about 2-3 months now, but I can’t pinpoint that.
I have been single for 3 years now and dating is hard enough as is. This is just piling the stress on. I am a single mom and already feel as if no one will want me.. this definitely isn’t helping. I have no clue where to go from here, who to talk to, I’m literally lost. I haven’t told a soul and don’t know if I should or not (family/friends). I don’t even know how to bring it up to my ex because he’s so manipulative and such a narcissist and I know he’s just going to degrade me and make me feel even worse. My dad kept telling me to leave him alone because he was going to give me something that I can’t get rid of, and now look at me. 😭
