I've had this growing for about a week and a half now on my shoulder — in another sub someone thought this could be allergic contact dermatitis, I did put on a bandaid and neosporin fairly early on but I've never reacted to either of those before. Photos are the progression from day 4ish to now. It's a bit itchy occasionally , but not that itchy. Possibly a tiny bit warm to the touch. I went to an urgent care and they thought it was poison ivy, which doesn't totally make sense to me. The very first stage of this was a raised cut, which I thought was from my cat.

I've had this cut on my upper arm (close to armpit) for almost a week. I think it's from a cat scratch, but I'm not entirely sure. It's raised and itchy, and I woke up last night feeling like it hurt (I might have been putting pressure on it in sleep). Does this look like an infection? I'm out of state currently, in an area where my insurance won't be taken.
