Our story is legendary. I met this girl back in my hometown about two years ago, I was there for summer and she was there for exchange. We instantly clicked and went on dates every day for almost two weeks and before I left, I asked her to be my girlfriend. I went back to where I studied while she stayed in my hometown. We had our first reunion 4 months later in her hometown, where I had the best Christmas in my life - yes it was in the French Alps. After that, we visited each other like a dozen times, and we even spent the whole last summer together.

Everything was smooth until around 3 months ago, she started to have a new social life, hanging out with friends a lot more. As a result, I became jealous, insecure, and needy, constantly texting her and asking for updates. At first it was still ok, but then we started having back and forth fights and heavy conversations about needs and expectations. And those clearly drained her and made her overwhelmed. In April, She came to visit me and things seemed fine again - we went on dates and had a great time together. However, after that visit, things started to feel more off, but since we still loved each other deeply and wanted to work things out, we decided to do a one week no contact, after which she said she wanted to try things again as she saw me changing for her. During the next three weeks, I could completely handle my needs and I was able to follow her rhythm. However, she still felt weird about our relationship - she still didn't wanna give up so she came to visit again a few days ago hoping this trip would help us reconnect, but on her way to the airport she made up her mind. After she landed, we went to get a drink and then she broke up with me. She still stayed in the city but not with me and yesterday we had our goodbye - it was peaceful and loving - I told her again that I respected her decision and I just wanted her to find peace again and that I loved her so much. We had long hugs, we kissed each other's neck and I kissed her forehead. It was truly beautiful.

She told me she had been fighting in her head for weeks and the decision hurts her too, but she doesn't love me the same way anymore and she is unhappy in the relationship rn. Now we are in no contact. I still love her so much and I know she does too, can you guys tell me what to do?
