So it seems there is a chance the world could return to normality but would they preserve the memories of it? A non-infected brain without communication through frequencies could not retain all that information so will they be left damaged by it, remember everything, back to their individual memories before the hive? CAN they remember life during the hive?

How different and essential to humanity the 12th non-infected can become? they have linear memory of the events and their bodies never got sick from the virus so they are a reliable source of information.

Also totally wild take but if people preserve the knowledge after the undoing that means that somehow they will stay forever different from the 12 unaffected, they will retain traits of the hive and probably life on earth will never go back to like it was. ALSO if is that beautiful they might wanna go back to being infected!! like Zosia said it only gets better.

As an ex dancer I want to know your opinion on Sam’s view of strip clubs. I have worked in a few big cities and they can all be different but nothing like the Silver Slipper. Generally the sketchy ones are small and this size of a club would attract so much heat from the police if they were actually pimping girls like if they were skid row sex workers; it feels highly unrealistic and over the top to me, inspired maybe by the 80’s and 90’s but in my career I never seen a club like that.

I was papereless in the country so I know I could have been asked some favours but no, never.

We just paid a “floor fee” and tipped the house every song like everyone else. “full service” wasn’t allowed at any club i worked at, I’ve never even done it but some girls would just bring out the client and do it outside the club at a hotel.

Even the drugs thing, we never saw drugs lol whoever was dealing it knew better than involving us. Their organization were always individuals that never talked to us probably to lower the risks.

I don’t know if you’ve seen Anora but THAT is how strip clubs were like for me. Much less glamorous, lots of “maybe later”, falling asleep on public transit in the morning going home to your tiny apartment and smoke a bunch of weed during the day.

Curious to hear the opinions of some fellow industry workers. Maybe I just never happened to work at a Silver Slipper kinda place
