Hi , I have a question. Is the schedule that is first set on Legion, set in stone. Or is that just a suggestion? Isn't it policy to base the schedule on store needs? My SM claims she doesn't make the schedule. (Although she's told me many times she hates to adjust it because it's "hard")

My boss has cut my hours when she gets mad at people she takes their hours away. Isn't the ASM supposed to get the most hours out of the key holders? She keeps hiring people and then saying that she's hiring them because some of them are going to be transferred to other stores. So why take the hours away from the two employees that have been there for months while the other ones have left us high and dry.

Yesterday she called my LSA into the office when she got there, jumped her ass. then she called me into there right before my shift closed & asked what my issue was. I told her my issue was that I was scheduled on Memorial Day, at a location by the lake, by myself until 330. our DM sent a message and my SM read it saying make sure there is enough coverage over the holiday. So my SM shows up when she wasn't going to yesterday, to say that she's only throwing freight. okay well when I'm the only cashier and I have my P4 scans and product rotation, DG connect, she could have easily jumped on until or even just the line buster to help me while my line was backing all the way up. anytime somebody was at the register she would come find me and tell me that I needed to go up there. it is literally her store so why would she not help me? I told her that was my issue. I told her that my issue is that she talks to me like I'm stupid, scheduled me by myself on a very busy day, and told me that I was doing DG connect wrong. Because she asked why I was scanning the elf makeup... umm when I asked her what to do on the DG scans she said everything very snarky, I said everything that is DSD she said yes everything! so she began to ask did I not know how to do my job, and did I not read the DG connect paperwork. I said well maybe you didn't train me well enough because I had to open and do all of that by myself on my first day!
