Low ferritin

Hi! So I am currently almost 5 months PP after having an emergency C section with my little girl, at almost 36 weeks. The last few weeks of my pregnancy I had low haemoglobin, so was taking ferrograd C, stopped taking after she was born.
My ferritin has been low for years - when I was last checked about a year ago it was something like 17 or around that.
I have been feeling soo awful lately, exhausted, sluggish, brain fog etc. that I requested to get my bloods done.
My ferritin is now 6! Tried taking the ferrograd C again but gave me horrible gastric side effects, switched to active iron but it’s so expensive, and less iron in it.
I have an appointment with my GP on Wednesday, should I ask about an infusion? I hate going to the GP with requests for treatment because I don’t want to give the impression that I know better, but I’ll be going back to work soon and it’s genuinely so hard to take care of my baby as it is with the chronic exhaustion!

Swivel car seat recs?

My baby is almost 5 months old, we initially got the maxi cozy cabriofix which did the job until now, but these days the car seat usually stays in the car and my back is BROKEN lifting her in and out now!
There are so many options it’s so overwhelming - we’d want one that lasts till 4 years at least, and swivel is a non negotiable. What I’m looking at now is the silver cross motion 2 and the cosatto all in all, but I haven’t seen either in person so I don’t know what they’re like. Just wondering if anyone has any recommendations??

Blood sugar low

Hi guys, I’m actually based in Ireland but thought this was the closest page for my situation!
I use an online doctor for my wegovy, started the injection 3 weeks ago, had my third dose Monday night as per usual.
Got my bloods taken Tuesday morning as it was recommended by the online doctor. The nurse has just rang me back and said to stop the wegovy immediately as my blood sugar was only 2.6! I did feel really tired and a little sick to be fair. Now my breakfast wasn’t great that morning as I just grabbed whatever I could on the go so I had a cereal bar, protein milkshake, and half a banana.
I’m obviously gutted as I really felt so excited to feel better in myself. Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else?

Living at home in Ireland

Just making a post on here because I feel like I’m slowly losing my mind … lol
My husband and I found out we were pregnant last August and have since moved in with his parents as we decided it would be the financially responsible thing to do, save for a mortgage rather than spend on rent. We were living separately at home as I was in college so I moved in with him.
Baby is here now and omg… it’s very tough. We’ve since been flirting with the idea of just slowing down the saving (which has taken a hit anyway with a newborn) and finding a place to rent. But even when we enquire about places we get no response, we are in an area where there is very high demand and little supply.
While it’s doable to stay here it’s just so difficult, having no space to ourselves or any real privacy apart from our bedroom. I also feel like I’m failing our little one, that we should be better set up or settled but we thought it was the right thing to do at the time. Apart from that I feel like relationships are beginning to strain and we find ourselves complaining most of the time. Just needed to vent, wondering if anyone else is in or has been in a similar situation?
Also we make a combined income of about 80k before tax… about average for our area.
