How has Indira canteen helped you in Bangalore?

I graduated in 2018 with no job in hand and money. However I got myself a job as a support engineer where my pay was 5-8k. Having decided to switch to a better career I wasn’t able to afford the expenses in Bangalore and for certification or courses.

Government of Karnataka had by then started Indira canteen but I was hesitant to visit due to hygiene or contamination that people gossiped about. And when I did visit, it wasn’t as bad as I thought, and I had my breakfast, lunch and dinner over there for next two years and saved money for my courses.

Now, I’m happy to say that I’m in a better place in terms of career and earning 2.5L a month. Which I never thought I would. Hence, I’m grateful to the INDIRA CANTEEN.

I understand people are against subsidies which seem to be useless. But I wouldn’t mind paying tax for subsidies enforced by the government as long as they’re mindful about it as I feel there’d be a portion of people like me in there.

TL DR: A lower middle class guy who made use of government benefits such as Indira canteen mindfully to uplift the family and himself in the society.

Would it be worth buying Chipwhisperer Husky ?

I’ve been penetration testing since past 6 years and it has been a year that I started with hardware testing. I want to see myself in an area which takes extreme research and technical depth for fault injections and side channel attacks. (I would probably go ahead and do a thesis on this as well)

Would you think husky would be sufficient and enough docs and tutorials to learn, I don’t want to buy lite only to be asked to buy husky later ?

I’d be shedding money from my pocket and expecting a good ROI post acquiring skills

Hey there, I’m working as a product security engineer and I’d been working pen-testing field from past 5 years and before that as network security engineer. I cannot afford doing a masters and I have pretty bad undergrad gpa, but I’d love to research and write paper on securing root of trust and side channel attacks.

Any idea how I could go about this ?

I’ve been a career oriented person from past few years, I’m looking for someone who’s mature enough to handle serious conversations and also fun to be with. I’m multilingual and wouldn’t want to date someone who doesn’t respect that. I love to go out and travel different countries and try their cuisines.

I’m a financially responsible person who’d want to save for future but still have a bit of fun as well. If you’re a nerd then I’m into you.

I love my job so I might pressurise you to find something that you’d love to do. (Deal breaker)

I consider myself an atheist but I’m fine with hanging around with conservatives.

I don’t like to be in a LDR for long time.
