Friday night i got a dui(chatham county,Ga). i got pulled over for my tint and he said i didn’t maintain my lane. i was doordashing that entire day. i don’t smoke in my car or anything. i didn’t have anything on me. he tested the tint and said he could smell incense. which is crazy to me because who lights an incense in the car? anyway i pointed to my car scent trees as the only source of any potential smells. he FST me and makes me blow into breathalyzer and then arrested me for DUI/Drugs less Safe. it was one of those operations when local enforcement works with gsp so the entire street was pulled over it felt like.
