whats a good range for a management consultant associate

hello everyone!

i have a coming negotiation with my manager about my regularization and i wanted to have a title change and salary change. how much do you think a management consultant associate should earn?

for context our company is like a boutique startup investor research / management consulting firm!

pumunta ako sa lakad saysay ng quezon city tourism department

i recently went to qctd's lakad saysay at quezon memorial circle since i had my free time during the mornings and i can say that its one of the more interesting history tours and talks that i went !

from the start, we were given a free quezon city passport that contains all the places to visit at qc + free breakfast (carbonara and pineapple juice) so its sulit considering its free.

our tour guide is famed xiao chua, a historian who really knows his stuff. from the get go, the guy is really humorous and passionate. you can see that he tries to distill historical topics that are palatable for the everyday juan, in a way na maiintindihan nila + makakaconnect sila. a lot of dad jokes and jokes hailing back from the 90s HAHAHA but he knows everyday issues

speaking of everyday issues, he is very vocal politically making sneers and snides over the circus we have of a government—which for me is the thing that i like the most about him especially that he is more left-leaning

throughout the tour of manuel l. quezon, he gets to showcase both sides of quezon. a side that really helped the philippines through reforms we enjoy today such as the 8 hour law and social justice but also a side such as him being janus faced and his ugali

we visited the quezon memorial shrine and was able to see his tomb and some other artifacts he owned during the commonwealth period. we were able to see a replica of his heritage home, and lastly we went over the bahay modernismo which shows the life during the 50s and 60s (midcentury)
