So i bought these trackers long ago and everything works fine...With my new PC upgrades its even better but i have this problem where pretty frequently one starts blinking red so i have to tap the button so it works again and others then might follow pretty quick...its pretty annoying...Does anyone know what could be causing it or if theres some fix...anything?
I have been trying for months to get an answer or some sign of life from the support maybe a year. My games/account are just quarantined and idk what i am doing wrong and no one answers me...I got a game indexed once when i released it for a day and then poof back to quarantine...what do i do? is there a way to know what to fix is there a way to contact support better than email? idk what to do....thank you
So i was drawing today minding my own business pretty sure i was pressing save frequently. Clip wasnt showing up any error messages or anything so i just kept going and then exported my drawing as a png , i went to do the same thing for variant 2 but it wouldnt do it so i checked my disc and it was full so i freed up some space by moving and deleting random files not connected to csp. i went back to clip but it wasnt saved at the point i left it at ,i could either access the png save or one that was the beginning of the drawing...so i went to the autosaves and it was saving through time but it was stuck at the beginning point somehow so i cant get back to it at all...is there something i can do?
So a few months ago i published my first game on itch...it got quarantined but i was told to wait for a bit so the game can be reviewed and then just in case i emailed support and after a few days my game was actually out of quarantine but then in like a day or two it got back in quarantine so i sent an email asking whats up with that and never got an answer...every once in a while i send another one but i recently published another game and it got quarantined too...so i did the same thing but this time never got an answer as well...Is there a better place to contact support? I am just kinda desperate lol
