Was restocking protein yesterday at Vitamin Shoppe and came across this pre being 75% off. Came out to only like $8.97 total.

This one uses Paraxanthine instead of traditional caffeine. I have used this one before and it is actually pretty solid, it’s not gonna give you a slap like OMMI for a daily but the energy is smooth and performance is solid. If you have tried Paraxanthine before you will know what I mean, definitely worth trying for less than $9!

So I received the INTEO RLT Panel as a gift recently. I have used their mask for the past year with good results but read that the panel is more effective. I didn’t realize all the several different modes and am a bit overwhelmed.

Which modes would you recommend for facial skincare? I am a 30 year old man to provide some context and would appreciate any feedback!!

Note: I understand that this isn’t the top recommended brand on here but gotta make do with what I got, thank you!

Came across this site the other day and found some great deals for protein bars and saw this pre.

I believe this is Brian Shaw’s supplement line. Formula looks pretty solid, looking forward to trying it out today. Hope this helps someone out, can’t really beat $10 for a fully dosed pre

Happy Friday yall. Suffering badly from paralysis by analysis. Yesterday was active rest day (60 min stairmaster). Today is push day and tomorrow legs. Sleep wasn’t the greatest last night since my dog was restless throughout the night and needed to be taken outside at 3am which led to me being awake longer than expected.

Planning on running somatomax tonight for some good sleep.

Ran Deliverance Monday so used up 1 of 2 of my DMHA/illicit days. Open to any stack ideas as well, let’s get this pump!!!
