18 years of Balika Vadhu... and the memories still feel fresh. From Pratyusha, Avika, Toral, Surekha Ji, Siddharth, and every actor who became part of this beautiful journey. Thank you Colors TV & SphereOrigins for giving us characters and storylines we'll never forget. ❤️ You made us laugh, cry, and grow with you. Happy 18th Anniversary to a show that will always hold a special place in our hearts. 🥺😭❤️❤️
ITV in the early 2010s used to produce such soulful original compositions. I know the lyrics scream 2011 ITV's typical aadarsh-pativrata patni ideals, but the music itself remains one of the prettiest title tracks ever made. Half my nostalgia for old shows comes from their title songs alone. ♥️
Please laut aao 2011-12 waale StarPlus 🙏🏻😭
Balika Vadhu has been restored successfully on JioHotstar today. Still, most of the shoes have not yet been published. Let's wait for them!
If mythological masterpieces had a museum, Sony TV would own the gallery. They had such lavish sets and phenomenal actors, plus well known and respected production houses. This era of Sony TV was magical! 🤍
This is truly the best and the perfect blend of raw betrayal, silence, shock, rage and heartbreak packed into a few minutes expressed by a woman who has faced the same fate as Anandi, and learning, she was actually unaware of their truth.
Absolute peak ITV drama. Even after all these years, I still remember my mom and dadi watching it with complete intensity. (I was watching Balika Vadhu and eventually reached this episode so thought to post this and share my thoughts with you'll.)She didn’t just act she owned the entire scene 👑

At that time, this track dominated Colors and TRP Charts. TRPs saw a noticeable surge because people were watching it from every part of the nation…they were waiting for what happens next. Families would sit together, completely invested, like she was someone from their own home.
What made it unforgettable was how relatable it felt to the people watching it. That helplessness, that moment where everything feels like it’s collapsing Pratyusha captured it in a way that didn’t look like acting at all. It was phenomenal and extremely good.
Even today, years later, after watching this scene, I feel exactly the same when I watched this scene for the first time at that time. Goosebumps. Hats off to the creative team and most importantly, Pratyusha 🫶
