 Was standing at the kitchen counter making tea last night and my husband came up behind me to hug my waist. He stopped mid hug and was like whoa my hands are touching each other. We both kind of laughed, but it was a really sweet moment that made my week.

Reached my target weight last month after nine months of steady effort. My clinician suggested extending injection intervals to every ten days for maintenance, and it has worked wonderfully for keeping my weight stable while feeling great.
