Walking by at 10:00 am. Gate was a quarter down man inside sweeping stuff onto sidewalk. Just as we walked by with another person, we saw a live cockroach being swept away. Very strange place.
Passed by today people were eating inside. They changed the decor. It looks more plush. They changed the bar area and they closed off the dining area from the pizza part. They’re still working on the pizza part but it looks like they just put up a wall where you can’t have pizza and sit down it looks like you have to take it out. So even if you wanna have a cup of cappuccino with a dessert, it looks like you have to go to the main dining room one before you could sit in the pizza area.
I don’t even remember what was there. A bank?
I never had the opportunity to eat there. 30 years ago- guess everyone is retiring.
It’s not easy surviving
I posted a while back that the restaurant was for sale for $450,000. My neighbors ate there the other night and the owner confirmed. Someone in the thread said that that wasn’t true that they were there in June and the owner said they weren’t selling. Here’s the proof. Also, he lowered the sales price by $20,000. I have never eaten there, but if his name is Eric and he’s the owner, he confirmed and here is the updated real estate listing. It’s for the business. Equipment, interior furnishings etc.
The building seems to have a lot of violations
The department of transportation closed out the request immediately saying it was a duplicate request. It took me forever to go online and be able to fill out a new request because I wasn’t able to find my request even though I used the number they gave me. Last year, but I guess they were able to find it. But it says may be included, not will be included.
I have another email, but it says do not reply. It doesn’t give any information. I don’t know how they did this.
It was ridiculous every night I would come home and the line would back up to 73rd Rd. Then cars started cutting around into the second lane to make the turn and the icing on the cake was the car the created a third lane to turn so finally after two other occasions where the DOT said the light was timed properly now they admit that it’s not — next again will be Yellowstone and Queens Boulevard.
I see the new Greek yogurt place has already opened. Will have to try.
Double sided sticky tape strikes again. Be careful if you use that mailbox. They got to the one on the block of the park briar last month. Sometimes the one in front of Natural on the corner.
They put up the new awnings yesterday in a forest green. And the canopy and the other awnings all look so beautiful. Especially with all of the greenery.
Now they had strings of lights. Makes it look so nice.
