Revery is longer by one chorus on the video, vs on the album.

Official YouTube Video 3:40
Official YouTube Audio 3:13

That's the same length as on the other apps/stores.

This isn't the first time EC's video differs from the audio. The We Are The Mess video includes part of CSTRP without Sushi's vocals.

I just think it's interesting that, for Revery, it's an entire added chorus. Especially since platforms like YouTube default to the music video with their official release playlists (eg Tekkno).

I know there are people that noticed, and pointed it out, in fan circles... but I wonder how many average listeners who listen cross-platform have noticed.

Stuff like this has always fascinated me.

I just picked up the Callejón - Wir Sind Angst box set 7", with Dunkelherz (EC Remix)

(Picture | Discogs entry)

I'm pretty happy about this, especially since American post has been dogshit lately, and I had to import this from Germany.

I got just the 7", by the way, which was fortuitous. Very happy, since this has been, for me at least, the hardest EC-related track to hunt down by far.

Good Times Roll -> Elevator Operator flows really really well.

They're back to back on the new album. The end of Good Times Roll fits perfectly with the intro to Elevator Operator.

I really like that.

... who is Frances?

Frances, the song off The Scene, is fantastic. I do consider it underrated, in EC's catalogue.

But who is Frances? On the Discogs page for The Scene, it says the guest vocals are done by Frances Bärecke (gorgeous voice, little twang that's super nice), but on her page there is nothing but this feature.

Who is she? Is she just someone with a beautiful voice that did one feature and moved on? If so, that's pretty dope, but I'd still be interested to know, did she do anything else?

... I know how futile this is, but "appeal" does nothing to help you explain what's going on. If anyone knows a way to contact a human, cool. Otherwise, I'm going to have to navigate certain things that I'm not happy to navigate.
