250 Passport

Working on my 250 Passport book for the summer. I live in the metro DC area. I picked up the special 250 Passport book for something different. It has been fun tracking different sites. They have selected some PBS ure/challenging ones for sure.

By chance we had planning a drive around New England and picked up a bunch of stamps on the way.

Why give a gimmigoul if we can't evolve it?

What is the point of earning a poke you can't do anything with. I have 6 Ghimmigoul that I can't evolve so I will never get the evolved form. I didn't learn that u til after I best friended one. Why?
