Anyone else has way too many spring tokens?

I have a stack of 999 and then like 200, I have no idea how I hoarded so many, I remember a few years back the quests gave A LOT of tokens, but I just found them in my closet and I was shocked

Dialektikus viselkedésterápia Miskolcon

Sziasztok! Olyan terapeutát keresek aki dialektikus viselkedésterápiában dolgozik. Pszichoterapeuta is kellene, abból is esetleg BPD fókuszú. Ha ismertek olyat aki mindkettőt csinálja, vagy külön-külön is, megköszönném a tippeket! Online alkalmak is szóba jöhetnek, nem muszáj miskolcinak lennie, de azért jobb lenne a személyes

Panic because of the dentist

So I just had a tooth pulled. I had a panic attack before and after, it didn't hurt, but it was horrible. I had to sit down before paying because I genuinely thought I'll pass out, and that kinda panic hasn't happened to me in a while. That's okay, it passed, I went home, I'm bleeding, I'm drooling which gives me really bad sensory problems because I hate saliva, I could vomit. I'm nauseaus because I'm swallowing blood over and over again, I cannot take a painkiller because I can't feel where it is in my mouth and I'm scared I'll choke. I'm so overstimulated and panicking, I started crying just a minute ago, I hate this and don't know how to feel better. Last time I had dental procedures, I wasn't yet struggling with panic attacks. My face might swell which is just lovely because I have group therapy tomorrow, so I might not be able to go and that really depresses me because it would be my first time

Newly diagnosed

Hello guys!

So I have been diagnosed with BPD today. I thought I just had a panic disorder and paranoid tendencies, so I was pretty shocked. Psychiatrist said it's not the worst case scenario and congratulated me on my self awareness. Still it kinda shook me, I almost cried, but that would've been embarrasing. I've had suspicions before, but I knew self-diagnosing is the worst thing to do, so I just left that up to the professionals.

I couldn't quite process it yet fully and I'm torn between being devastated and very grateful that I now know what's wrong, therefore can get treatment. I got medication prescribed too, which I'm gonna be starting today, and then control a month from now and all the rest of it. I have never before taken any medication related to psychiatric problems, especially a personality disorder, like that seems like a really scary word to me. Overall I'm pretty scared but also looking forward to it.

A few words of advice would be helpful, just some tiny tips in day-to-day life on how to make this process easier on myself. I feel pretty alone in this, because everyone in my family refused to get themselves checked out and they "don't believe" in psychiatric care, so even though I have a really supportive dad, I'm pretty sure he doesn't even know what BPD is. I would just like to hear from people who know what it's like.

I've had a pretty good week, I've been doing good after successfully not having a panic attack at a concert, so right now I feel able to have a positive outlook on this and will try my best throughout this whole process.

Bérelhető táncpróbaterem?

Tud valaki ilyesminek a létezéséről Miskolcon? Próbáltam utánanézni, de csak ilyen esküvős/rendezvényes termeket találtam, amikben valamiért kétlem hogy lenne egész falas tükör.

The soundtracks are the best part of the game

Obviously this is just my opinion, the graphics are now okay, the little cutscenes are also pretty, the newer stuff is good, but I'm sorry, the music carries the whole game for me. It started with South Hoof, that was the first one I really loved, then came Wildwoods and Tailtop Village, Hollow Woods, and now Marchenghast. It is truly amazing, whoever composed these needs to get into movies with these ideas. It just elevates the vibes of the place so much

Questions about archeology

When I suffered my way through it the first time, I didn't research how it actually works at all, and now that I'm doing it again, I wanna know a little more.

So firstly, I did a lot of it yesterday, and now I cannot find anything, except three of those extra fancy ones which I do not need, and I wonder if me doing two rounds of it yesterday could affect it in any way today.

I would also like to know if certain colored skeletons are location locked or not, eg. the geysers (or whatevers) give blue.

I know a lot about this game, except for archeology, it's just as frustrating as I remembered it to be, even though I love Dino.

So I've had the Xiaomi Mi True Wireless earbuds for years and years and years. They don't charge properly anymore, but since they were my first upgrade from fucking Skullcandy's cheapest wired stuff, I really really loved it. I've dropped them in puddles, I broke the case, like this poor thing has been though a lot. The battery was very reliable, so was the sound quality, but now I'd like another upgrade.

I listen to heavily bass guitar focused music most of the time so I need something that translates it well. A lot of funk jazz, a lot of prog metal, and even just bass in itself. So far I was looking at Redmi buds 6 and Redmi buds 6 play. If any of you have either of those, I'd love to hear about your experiences with them. I'd like to stick to Xiaomi, but I'll also consider other recommendations. I'm no earbuds expert, so I'll trust y'all's judgement on this one.
