I recently read in a review that this year's Patagonia Capilene Cool Daily seems to fit smaller than previous versions.

I recently started running again and used the AI coach on my Suunto smartwatch to create a training plan. Now it says that on Sunday I should do 3.60 km in 1 hour… 😅
That’s basically walking pace. Is the workout actually meant to be done by walking? Or am I misunderstanding how the plan works?
I’m completely new to the whole smartwatch/AI coaching thing, so maybe I’m missing something obvious. How do you guys interpret workouts like this on Suunto?
