Does someone have a GF bread recipe with NO potato or corn products ?

Hello! I am trying to find a GF bread recipe that does not use potato or corn starch, and also low/no gums if possible. I am celiac but also have other intolerances including nightshades and corn, which makes basically rules out all the storebought GF flour mixes I have seen, and GF breads in stores. I also cannot have pysllium husk or the GF wheat products in some mixes.... grain-free is ideal overall.

So, in summary, looking for a GF bread recipe without:

-nightshades (esp potato starch/flour)

-corn products/flour/starch

-pysllium husk

-gluten free wheat products/ other grains

-gums like guar gum or xanthum gum

If someone has a GF bread recipe that meets these restrictions, I would LOVE to have it please.

I have been missing bread so much, and am craving a piece of toast with jam or a sandwich.

Upright Carpet Cleaner Smell

We used the carpet cleaner to clean up cat vomit several times a few weeks ago and I didnt realise my partner wasnt cleaning it out after use. I was not there and it ended up sitting for about 2 weeks before it got emptied and cleaned out, plus he was using the same water and cleaner each time - probably about 4-5 vomit cleanups over the 2 weeks.

It now has a horrid stench whenever it is used, even after cleaning twice with dawn for all removable parts and the brushes. Its a 3ish year old bissel turboclean upright vaccum and we use the hose attachment as well. We use the bissel pet liquid upright cleaner with it with oxy.

Any advice would be appreciated please... horrendous is an understatement and we will be using it again as our cat is having some GI issues (under vet management).

Thank you!

My spouse is my caregiver and its destroying him

I have chronic medical conditions, so they have already been slowly having to do more around the house and to care for me. This was already causing them a lot of stress and they have the mentality they need to be able to just do everything themselves and asking for help makes them weak or a failure. we have been dissecting this in couples therapy for... a while.

Well, I needed surgery a week ago that has made me unable to move distances more than basically across the room and cannot drive, cook, clean, shower, or carry most objects. I warned him how much work it would be,even saying I was likely underestimating it. Before I could still feed our pets and do laundry... right now everything is on him. since my surgery, He is having insomnia and not sleeping, which also makes things worse.

I messaged friends of ours to come over so that theyd see what was happening and help (they did what they could and Im very grateful for them) but have lives ans responsibilities of their own.

I am seeing him break more and more with the strain and demand. He says he doesnt even know how to ask for help or where to start. He gets dysregulated when something goes wrong, which at this point just frustrates me because then things dont get done that I physically cant do right now (like pet food).

From my perspective, him being my main caregiver is not working and my family will not be here to help out for another week.

I dont know what to do, or even suggest. Im still overwhelmed with my health but am now also emotionally overwhelmed watching my loved one fall apart.
