Could creatine increase my testosterone/dht as a woman who already has issues with high T (PCOS)?
I’d like to take creatine for muscle growth. However, I’ve seen a couple of small studies that say creatine can increase dht/testosterone in men. There are also studies that say there’s no increase in men. I’m unaware of studies in women.
I already have issues with high testosterone and dht-related/androgenic hair loss. I know creatine naturally occurs in the body but I’m worried it will make these issues worse. Thoughts?
