HBC006 Alpinist - Pre-Order/Purchase Help
Hello!
As some of you have seen/posted here, Seiko has limited 145th anniversary exclusives coming out around October, one of which being the HBC006 Alpinist model.
It is limited to 7000 units so not a small amount, but I am trying to make sure I snag one before it sells out.
I’m newer to watch collecting and was curious if anyone had a reputable retailer they were able to secure a pre-order from - or - general recommendations on where to find a release like this at retail?
So far I have one retailer that offered a pre-order with a sizable shipping fee and required a deposit even though they weren’t able to confirm 100% they’d have enough quantity to fulfill the order (not planning to pursue this option). Then some sites have a product page posted that the watch is ‘coming soon’ without a specific date to order.
Appreciate any help and suggestions!
