The card is “Fifty Fifty?”; Typically I would assume that it could be Ash’d because of the chance to add, but, I watched this YGO ruling video on YouTube about the card “Snipe Hunter” where it’s effect got around an ability to negate target destruction because there wasn’t a %100 chance to target.

I don’t fully understand why it’s an issue. You could do pre-orders and keep reprinting sets if the demands there.

How would you fight scalping if your game becomes a hit?
