Substitute for ranch?

My son's daycare is serving chicken wings, veggies, and ranch dressing on Friday and they asked me if I could send in a dip for him. His allergies are milk, eggs, peanuts, and tree nuts. What do you like to have with chicken wings and veggies if you have egg and milk allergies?

Avoiding clogs and working out

I'm breastfeeding my second baby, and aside from one clog when he was just a couple weeks old, we've gone 7 months without me developing a clog. Yay! However, last night I was finally able to work out after 15 months of no exercise (I used to exercise daily, but babies have kicked my butt). It wasn't long (only 30 minutes), or high impact (just elliptical). But today, I've got a clog. I'm doing all the things to treat it, but how do I avoid it in the future? I want to get back to exercising daily.

I tried sunflower lecithin with my first, btw, and it never helped with clogs. I exercised right after baby's last feed of the night, so about as empty as I get. I think my sports bra is a size too big, but supportive enough to keep the girls in place, and I only had it on long enough to exercise and took it off immediately. Any ideas I haven't thought of?
