Is this a good system? Decide to partiality working on this shovel this time home. An looks to see if it was stock which obviously isn’t but is it good or should it be replaced?

Hey yall. 2015 JKU sport. Parents gave to it me back in March when the motor in my canyon decided to eat a grenade. Had to get a new top after a tornado destroyed the old one. Went with the smittybuilt Bowless soft. The one that just covers the roll cage. Now. Out of nowhere. It’s leaking everywhere all 4 doors and back glass. Back glass has been leaking for awhile because I can’t get one corner to zip all the way. Which didn’t bother me because it was a slight drip. Now it’s been raining 2 days straight here in south MS and I had standing water in my passenger floorboard. And rear seat was absolutely soaked. And the jack storage was slap full. I’ve got in my shop now air drying. But I work offshore an it sits in the parking lot for 2 weeks. And I can’t just let it do that. Has anyone else had this issue before? Or any suggestions to fix it? Seems to me. The frame pieces that come with it need to come over me but they don’t and everything is tight for the bolts that hold it to the frame

Aight couple things yall did a fresh oil change on this thing( 2004 vt1100 spirt) back in March when I got and have since put around 800ish miles, 710 clocked in the dash for sure. My speedo cable had broke on me mid ride. And had to wait to order a new one. Either way. Is this color normal after only 800 miles?? Was Also 2qts low as well? Bike has almost 20k on the dash is there a reason behind this?
