Well I tried

I’ve been employed for 10 months. I’ve been consistently the top weekly/monthly LM Performer. I complete all tasks assigned and I feel like I’m the only person in my store that takes initiative to do things while everyone else including the SM is lazy.

I took a LOA because I was getting fed up and the icing on the cake was the day before inventory my SM had me prepping the whole store myself as the 4 days prior she was on vacation and didn’t delegate any prep tasks (this was my first inventory with SBH). So she came back the day before to just have me do all the work while she sat on her ass in the back room. I actually was fighting myself to not walk out.

Today was my first day back from my LOA and I’m tasked to finishing the entire nail polish plano update myself. On top of doing all these tasks and projects myself I’m only scheduled 13 hours per week. So first thing when I get in tomorrow is quitting. I can’t do it anymore.

Hey everyone!! I have an interview tomorrow at Ulta for the sales manager position. What can I expect during the interview process and how often is pay(weekly or biweekly)?

I have sales, retail and beauty experience and open availability.
